InfoSource collects very basic Information (such as, first and last name and Email address), that you will be asked to provide to us when you use certain InfoSource products or services, and when you participate in certain promotions. We do not ask for or collect social security numbers, driver’s licenses, bank account numbers or other Information that is more purely personal to your non-professional life.

For many users who enter this Site a third party such as an employer will already have paid the registration fee to secure the user’s access rights to this Site. To the extent that a third party does not pay for your personal access rights, you will be required to pay for our products or services using our shopping cart. Once we receive your transmission, we will store all Information on secure servers behind a firewall. Our management team and its engineers regularly review and update the integrity of this Site and the security of your Information. Opting-out, Correcting and Updating Your Information

InfoSource utilizes Email as a vital and primary communication channel with registered users of this Site. PAYMENT TERMS

In many instances, Employers will pay for the access rights of each Member to this Site. To the extent that your Employer does not pay for your access rights, you agree to pay for all services and products that you order from InfoSource \ SimpleK12.com.

For all billed Services, your membership will automatically renew annually on or about your expiration date each year at a discounted, full-year price, unless you cancel your Service prior to the beginning of the next applicable billing (and renewal) period. The primary credit or debit card you have stored in the credit card processing website that you select in your original purchase will be charged on or about your expiration date of each subsequent year as set forth above.

REFUND POLICY

As of July 8th, 2020, for multi-month individual teacher purchases, we proudly offer a 14 day guarantee on all of our digital training products. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from SimpleK12.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a full refund of purchase price within 14 days of purchase. At this time, access to your digital product will be terminated.

There are no refunds or returns on monthly memberships. To cancel a monthly membership, please contact us at support@simplek12.com prior to the date of your renewal charge. Once a monthly fee is charged to your credit card, we cannot refund it.

Site licensing purchases do not apply.

We also offer a 14 day price-match policy for multi-month individual purchasers for standard promotions. If you see a lower price offer for the identical item within 14 days of your original purchase, we will gladly refund the difference. The request for price match must occur on or after the same day as the lower priced promotion before that promotional discount ends. Some special offers may be excluded from the price-match. Monthly subscriptions are excluded. Site licensing purchases do not apply.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use, together with InfoSource’s Privacy Policy and any other policy posted at this Site are the entire agreement between InfoSource and you relating to this Site. A Learning Community Network (ALCN) is a subscription-based portal that gives subscribers unprecedented access to a whole new experience of online learning.


ALCN is ideal for those who neither have full time nor the money to continue or upgrade their education.


Subscriptions to the ALCN are available free of charge, thanks to the generous donations of Canadians to the Trinity Global Support Foundation (TGSF) and The Glooscap Heritage Society, who are making this learning network available to Canadians wishing to better their lives and preserve their culture.


ALCN includes a wide range of e-learning courses from computer technology, human resources, accounting and general business to customer service as well as personal development and life skills. The ALCN also includes webinars and shared resources that will help facilitate subscribers with a means of collaboration through social media tools.


For groups of learners, there is a tracking tool to monitor each learner’s progress. In addition, there will be tools to help Aboriginal communities in Canada document, preserve and share their language and rich culture which varies immensely across the country.
